This home operates under a No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Please be mindful of the surrounding community, as residents value their quiet enjoyment. What’s OK ✔ General conversation and laughter outside are perfectly fine. ✔ Soft background music is acceptable. ✔ On Friday & Saturday nights, please move inside by 10 PM, and on Sunday – Thursday nights, by 8 PM. What’s NOT OK ✘ Loud noise that can be heard inside neighboring homes. ✘ Shouting, excessive music, yelling, swearing, or disruptive activities such as water bombs. ✘ Any behavior that disturbs the quiet atmosphere of the area.
