Capelink Beach House is within easy walking distance of Kackeraboite Creek Beach and has Hampton’s inspired coastal vibe. Large living rooms in the front and back of the house ensure you can always find a sunny spot in the house regardless of the time of day. Board games and large TVs will keep you engaged should you elect to stay indoors, outdoor dining, and lounge areas are perfect for outdoor entertainment & relaxation. Bed Configurations: This holiday home features four bedrooms. All linen & bedding are provided free of charge. Bedroom 1: Guest bedroom with Queen bed sleeps 2, a small study area; Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom with Queen bed sleeps 2; Bedroom 3: Guest bedroom with Queen bed sleeps 2. Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with ensuite, a study area, and Queen bed sleeps 2; Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with a two-drawer dishwasher, gas cooktop & electric oven, microwave & fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, espresso machine, utensils, and crockery. However, cooking essentials like oil, salt & pepper are not provided due to hygiene & safety reasons. Bathrooms & Toilet Configurations: The main bathroom contains a shower and a toilet; The ensuite with bath/shower combo and toilet. All towels are provided free of charge. Entertainment: Capelink Beach House provides unlimited Wi-Fi to our guests free of charge. For those who choose to remain indoors, various board games are made available to our guests. However, due to the high frequency of usage, pieces may be missing/misplaced/damaged from time to time. Should you plan to use the board/card games, we advise bringing your own to avoid disappointment and also for hygiene reasons. Both TVs can be connected to your laptop using an HDMI cable to access your favorite streaming services, like Netflix, PrimeVideo, etc. For those who wish to safely enjoy the sun outdoors, the large front patio and the decking area connecting the back family room are available as there are a multitude of lounge chairs and sunshades. Work from home: There are two dedicated spaces who wish to work from home, one inside the main bedroom and the other inside the 1st bedroom. Laundry: There is a front-loading washing machine and dryer. Laundry powder, iron & ironing board are provided free of charge. Parking: Capelink Beach House has ample space for you to park at the end of the driveway or on the front lawn behind the secure automatic gate. Guests are advised that all cars should be parked AWAY from the automatic gate to allow clear passage for the JJ Richards Square Green Waste Bin to be passed through without damaging your car/s. Supplies: Please note - we provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, and basic toiletries. Once the initial supply is exhausted, replenishment will not be supplied. For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request at $170 per cleaning. The property has a 10m front back from the front brick fence on a service road of a main road. Some noise levels may be experienced while in the front patio (undercover outdoor area). The first bedroom and front sitting room may also experience a low level of noise while windows are opened.

House Rules

1. No Party & No Excessive Noise Frankston City Council is enforcing fines to owners of properties whose guests disturb the peace or where there is excessive noise and/or a party. Whilst we want you to have a good time, the house is advertised with a strict NO PARTY POLICY. What this means is there cannot be any excessive noise at ANY time, all guests must be mindful there are residents in the immediate vicinity who have the right to quiet enjoyment of their own properties, weekend after weekend of noisy groups is not acceptable hence why the council now are issuing min $500 fines. Stick with the below guidelines will ensure the full bond refund. We appreciate the time you have taken in reading this information sheet. What's OK: General talking and laughter outside music down low is ok. Please move inside no later than 10 pm Friday & Saturday nights and by 8 pm Sunday – Thursday nights. What's NOT OK: Excessive noise is when the neighbours can hear your noise inside their own properties, for example, screaming, yelling, swearing, loud music, talking and singing over music, water bombs, excessive splashing etc. COMMON SENSE MUST PREVAIL AT ALL TIMES. Breaching these terms that attract neighbours’ complaints may forfeit the bond. All the surrounding neighbours have our number and will report excessive noise or loud parties. 2. Declare Guest Numbers The guest number attending the property should be the same as the guest number booked. Any discrepancy in the guest number will result in immediate eviction. 3. Exit cleaning Please note, this property is not a commercial property. Guests are required to remove everything you brought in, any waste generated and clean any utensils used during the stay. Put all utensils and furniture back the way it was upon arrival. Cleaning fee only covers the change & make beds, clean & dry all bed linen/towels, bathroom/surface/floor cleaning. 4. Early check-in If guests wish to check-in up to 2 hours earlier a $25 fee will be charged.

Michael was really helpful,when I asked about an bbq he came the nextbday with one for our use and also loaned us an airfryer at the same time. When we told him the circumstances that had meant we had had to extend our stay he said we could do so with them if needed and just to let them know. Mount Eliza village a 10 minute drive away is a lovely little town centre with everything that we needed. Nice beaches within a short drive, plenty of outside space and furniture and the house furniture was also very comfortable. Lots of pots and pans and a lovely welcome present of a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk, and tea, coffee and sugar so we could make a drink when we arrived. We were able to have a flexible check in. Thank you for your hospitality

We booked this accommodation so last minute as we got cancelled by our another appointment at 5pm on the day we checked-in. Thank you Micheal and his colleagues for being so responsive so that we would not be homeless on that night. The house is clean and tidy when we checked in. It is spacious and got plenty of space for kids to run around. The only thing to say is we could not find the coffee. But it’s just a minor one and my kids said they’re more than happy to finally stay in this place.
